Jerome Jordan serves as a talent acquisition partner supporting compliance operations and intake coordination in South Carolina. At Prisma Health, Jerome Jordan plays a key role in managing administrative workflows, helping ensure patient onboarding adheres to system standards and documentation policies. His responsibilities include insurance verification, HIPAA-compliant intake, and processing documentation for new patients.

His early professional work focused on direct care and youth support. As a child care counselor with Abbott House in Queens, New York, he assisted with hygiene routines, behavioral monitoring, transportation, and structured daily activities for children in protective services. This early work preceded his later roles in HR compliance support. After relocating to South Carolina, he joined the state’s Department of Employment and Workforce, where he supported HR documentation accuracy and organizational structure updates within state protocols.

Jerome Jordan earned an MBA in health services and risk management from the Metropolitan College of New York. Community involved, he supports equity-based organizations such as UNICEF and the American Civil Liberties Union.
